After working together for many years at a large Washington, DC, law firm, Corinne Antley and Steve Lopez launched Antley & Lopez LLP in Washington, DC, in January of 2014, with the goal of establishing a small firm that could provide expert legal services with a more personalized client focus. Shortly after the launch, they welcomed former colleague Alexander Bertoldo to the firm in June of 2014.
As veterans of a large firm, the lawyers of Antley & Lopez have substantial and varied experience with nonprofit corporate and tax matters, estate and business planning, estate and trust administration and federal and state tax controversy work, as well as litigation arising in these areas of the law.
